Hridaya & Nāda is a retreat to return to the heart ( hridaya ), attune to sound (nāda ), and deepen presence, rhythm, and wholeness.
Start your mornings with Lara’s thematic vinyasa practice, blending movement with insights from the Bhagavad Gitaand Yoga Sutras. Her teaching bridges Eastern and Western wisdom, guiding body, breath, and spirit.
In the evenings, Leah leads yin yoga paired with sound healing journeys, inviting stillness, resonance, and the heart as a source of inner listening and intuitive wisdom.
Between practices, immerse yourself in Joshua Tree’s sacred landscape: relax in the saltwater pool with grotto waterfalls, walk the labyrinth meditation path, or join a guided hike through the park’s mystical terrain.
Expect:
Two cold plunge tubs
Outdoor fire pits
