Ayurvedic Foundations Immersion: Ancient Wisdom for Modern Living | November 14 - 16, 2025

  • Bellingham Yoga Collective 3 1211 Granary Avenue Bellingham, WA, 98225 United States (map)

Save the date for this 3-day immersion as we explore the foundational teachings of Ayurveda, the 5,000-year-old “Science of Life” that offers practical tools for living in balance with nature.

Rooted in the Rasayana (rejuvenative) tradition, this weekend immersion offers a grounded, modern approach to Ayurveda’s timeless wisdom. Together, we’ll study the elements, doshas, and tissues of the body while gaining insight into our unique constitutions and how to support health through yogic lifestyle, seasonal awareness, and self-inquiry. Through this immersive study, you’ll deepen your ability to care for yourself and others with greater presence, clarity, and skill.

This immersion is open to anyone interested in learning the fundamentals of Ayurveda and how to integrate its wisdom into daily life. It’s especially supportive for yoga teachers who want to deepen their personal self-study and expand their capacity to skillfully hold space for others. By learning to recognize patterns of imbalance in ourselves, our students, and the world around us, we build resilience and strengthen our ability to meet each season — and each moment — with greater clarity and presence.
