Join us for a gentle, transformative practice designed specifically for those navigating chronic pain.

This class integrates slow flow and restorative yoga practice with mindfulness techniques inspired by Christiane Wolf's groundbreaking book "Outsmart Your Pain" (included with your tuition).

Tuesdays 4:30 - 6:00pm
Sept 30th - December 16th
$540 for series (max 10 students)
 

Class Structure:

  • Guided Meditation Mindfulness practice incorporating science-backed techniques from "Outsmart Your Pain"

  • Group Discussion Including Check In Using mindful communication guidelines

  • Movement Practice Gentle yoga sequences designed for chronic pain management, emphasizing observation, modifications and self-compassion

  • Journaling Practice Self-reflective notes with prompts

  • Breathwork Techniques for neuro-biological resilience, deep rest and nervous system regulation

  • Closing & Short Sit Together Integration, gratitude practice, and brief closing meditation

Each session combines gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and practical tools you can use throughout your daily life. All poses are adaptable, and props are provided to ensure comfort and accessibility.

Perfect for all levels - no previous yoga experience required. Come as you are.
