On Wednesday, April 8 at 7:00 PM, Le SPA de l’Hôtel LOTTE invites guests into the magnificent Sanctuary at LOTTE Hotel Seattle for a candlelit wellness experience where I will guide meditation and a live immersive sound bath. This extraordinary setting known for its soaring ceilings, historic character, and serene ambiance creates a truly memorable environment for relaxation and reflection.

Set within the soaring Sanctuary space, guests will settle into a 75-minute immersive journey designed to quiet the mind and relax the body. The evening will begin with a gentle guided meditation to help release tension and encourage deep relaxation, followed by a love sound bath performed within the tranquil candlelit setting of the Sanctuary. The resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and sound instruments will fill the space, creating a calming atmosphere intended to restore balance and promote mindfulness.
