Emerge is a 10-month virtual mentorship designed to walk beside you in developing your teaching voice, learning to hold space with confidence, and building class themes.

We meet on Zoom Weekly
Mondays 4:30 pm
Once per month on the last Saturday 11:00 - 1:00 pm for a practice teaching lab

CE Credits: 45 contact hours with Yoga Alliance

The Monday sessions are virtual 60 minute yin yoga classes that I will teach and rotate through three lenses:
Body.
Mind.
Energy.

There is a 30 minute Q&A after each class.

The Heart of emergence is the monthly Saturday Labs.
Once a month the cohort gathers for a practice teaching session.
This is where growth happens!

Students take turns teaching the whole cohort and receive detailed, deeply supportive feedback from me and their peers. The container is rigorous and warm. You will receive personalized guidance on building your teaching in the world, putting together workshops, class plans and more.
