Guided Meditation Mindfulness practice incorporating science-backed techniques from "Outsmart Your Pain"
Group Discussion Including Check In Using mindful communication guidelines
Movement Practice Gentle yoga sequences designed for chronic pain management, emphasizing observation, modifications and self-compassion
Journaling Practice Self-reflective notes with prompts
Breathwork Techniques for neuro-biological resilience, deep rest and nervous system regulation
Closing & Short Sit Together Integration, gratitude practice, and brief closing meditation
Each session combines gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and practical tools you can use throughout your daily life. All poses are adaptable, and props are provided to ensure comfort and accessibility.
