Yin Yoga Teacher Training Level 1 & 2 with Dr Baumgartner & Leah Adams | Jan 23 - 29, 2026

Our program delves into the philosophy and practice of Yin Yoga.

Join us to experience the intersections of functional anatomy, nervous system regulation, and the meridian system. You'll engage in embodied learning, with mentorship on teaching individual poses and full sequences that support whole-body health. Empower yourself with breathwork techniques designed to clear energy and promote emotional balance. Gain insights into the autonomic, central, and somatic nervous systems, applying both ancient and evidence-based practices to nurture holistic well-being.

Led by Dr Eric Baumgartner La C and  Leah Adams, an international teacher and trainer. Rooted in thousands of years of clinical observation, Traditional Chinese Medicine recognizes that our bodies mirror the natural world through a deep understanding of relationships, the interplay of Yin and Yang, and the Five Element system. Just as nature moves through predictable cycles of expansion and contraction, growth and rest, our internal bioterrain follows these same rhythmic patterns. This training will teach you to read these elemental signatures in yourself and others, using specific yin poses and breathing techniques to restore balance where it's needed most. As the ancient text Huang Di Nei Jing teaches us, "The superior practitioner initiates a cure where there is no disease yet." Through meridian-based yin yoga, we become our own superior physicians, cultivating the subtle awareness needed to maintain harmony before imbalance manifests as disease.
